My husband and I and another couple took this cruise yesterday. What an awesome day we had! I cannot say enough about the crew of the Ricochet. They were knowledgeable, very friendly, hospitable, and just made the day so enjoyable. I dont know what I enjoyed more, the snorkeling, the hiking, the swimming, or even just the commradarie on the boat. There were about 12 of us in total, we boarded as strangers but left as happy acquaintances. The day was fantastic. The scenery was breathtaking. Everything was first class all the way. The crew was very attentive to everyones needs, and made you feel right at home and welcomed. What an absolutely delightful day. I highly recommend it!
Just fantastic. This cruise is aimed at people who like a bit of luxury and don't like crowds. We only had 8 people on our sail and it was such a friendly group. The food, drinks and company were excellent, the staff were amazing and friendly. I can't recommend this highly enough. If you like some of the finer things in life, then you like this cruise.
We went out for a sunset tour and it was fantastic! We had a small group of 8 adults; the staff were knowledgeable and really friendly. The antipasto platter was delicious and the drinks kept coming. Thank you for a memorable and enjoyable experience, Ricochet!
My partner and I decided to indulge in a bit of luxury whilst we were in Hamilton Island...and boy am I glad we did! As we left the Marina passing other boats jam packed with people we relaxed and laid back on bean bags on the bow of the boat with the whole of the Whitsundays before us. The crew were amazing- friendly, thoughtful and knowledgable and Ricochet is an incredible boat- very luxurious. We sailed out to Whitehaven and the boat was perfect, flat and stable (which was lucky because my hubby gets sea sick!). Whitehaven was magic-just like the postcards, really incredible and we had loads of time there, after a delicious gourmet lunch and a glass of bubbly we sailed off to another island to do some snorkeling- wow! Loads of fish, some quite big and some beautifully colored coral. Frank the skipper knew all the best places to go and was very knowledgable about the geography and history of the area. On our sail back to Hamilton Island we saw the most amazing sunset which topped off the most perfect day! Couldn't recommend more highly especially if you want to avoid the crowds and you enjoy luxury!
