Im frustrated I have to put 2 stars as for the most part these guys have been helpful. Unfortunately one person named Dani let you guys down. Weather is miserable and our tour was canceled understandably, we were therefore looking for some advice on booking onto another tour on a different date. Dani was extremely unhelpful, rude and didnt seem to care to help us re book onto another tour. When asked if all tours had been cancelled she replied mockingly no. And then just gave us a blank stare. Not quite the customer service youd be expecting as front of the tour desk. We walked away confused annoyed without any solution. Cheers.
