Tasted nice enough, but was way too expensive. I can get two scoops of fresh made (daily), very tasty gelato for $5 at home. The two scoops of Peters ice cream for $9.50 from here doesn't compare. And the sundae was alright, but similar in quality to Maccas and double the price

The ice cream is the worst part of Hamilton island. Firstly, its incredibly overpriced and secondly, the ice cream itself is of a subpar quality. It tastes like ice cream you could buy from the freezer at the IGA down the road. Lastly, the waffle cones are stale. Overall, dont bother!
Great ice cream. A single cone is sufficient as they pile the ice cream up. Thoroughly enjoyable place.
Very excited to come for a banana split. Told there were no bananas and to come back at 4pm. No worries, it's an island i get that. However the waitress then told me if I wanted a banana split without bananas it would cost me the same as the one with the banana. Hmmm not getting any business from moi with an attitude like that.
