Amazing honeymoon dinner at Hamilton islands yacht club. If you are looking for some fine dining for a special occasion with wonderful atmosphere and excellent service, then this is your place to go. My hubby and I had an amazing degustation menu. We are big fans of the Chef de service Neptun, he is a very lovely and nice person, who took amazing care of us. Great evening!
We were here 5 years ago and they have stepped up their game even more since then. Easily the best dining experience on the island. Very professional and all the dishes were superb.
Review for the bar... we arrived at 6.40 on a Wednesday night, not busy. Ordered a beer and a cocktail and said to bar man were in for a quick drink for a dinner reservation at 7pmIt took 20mins for 1 cocktail. We had to down the drink to get there. Terrible service. Bar is a joke 3 men behind the bar, its not busy. It should take 15mins to make a cocktail, we had better service in the fish and chip shop!
Excellent dinner! Second visit here and it became even better, more sophisticated and fancy for a romantic night. Amuse was refreshing, for main I ordered chicken wings which was very interesting way of cooking and tasty. The most surprising was the dessert, which was made of different wine and liqueurs and the presentation was artistic which you couldnt stop but taking pictures of it.
Had Melbourne Cup lunch here, equal best meal on Hamilton Is with the Golf Club. Make sure you include it if you are trying all the restaurants on the island. A fellow guest I met there said it was better than the very expensive Qualia restaurant that i did not try due to cost.
