Awesome staff but waited almost an hour for a buggy. There's got to be a better way to check people in.

Buggy hire is essential on the island to get around conveniently. Unfortunately the process of hiring one will take 20mins or more depending on how long the queue is.
Great place, right in front of the island's Resort centre, where's coincidentally, there's a bus stop for both of the island's free shuttle bus lines.Really friendly and helpful staff, with great knowledge of the island. On weekends and school holidays they can be extremely busy, with buggies being sold out early in the day. To avoid disappointment, book a buggy ahead - you won't regret it, as it's a fun way to get around the island. Love it
Hired a buggy for a couple days, best way to get around the island, process can be time consuming during the pickup as it gets really busy so expect a wait. Drop off can also be confusing as a lot is also going on with buggies being checked for return.Overall a good experience, staff friendly buggy went without any issues.
